SURABAYAPAGI.com, Jakarta - Head of West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Investigation Unit AKBP Erick Frendiz said the pesinetron Steve Emmanuel had not submitted a request for rehabilitation. Until now, the police are still continuing filing on cases of circulation and ownership of Steve Emmanuels cocaine.
"Yes, until now there are no plans for rehabilitation (rehabilitation) or requests (from) they are not there," Erick said in Jakarta on Thursday (17/1).
He said the filing would be carried out so that it was delegated to the West Jakarta District Attorneys Office. If later P21 or complete as soon as possible is submitted.
Previously, Erick said that Steve Emmanuel would not be rehabilitated regarding cases of drug possession of smuggled cocaine from the Netherlands.
"Steve was not rehabilitated, because the evidence was enough," he said in Jakarta, Sunday (13/1).
Steve Emmanuel allegedly smuggled 92.04 grams of cocaine-type drugs that he brought from the Netherlands. He has consumed about eight grams.
After urine tests he was also positive for using drugs. He was charged Article 114 paragraph 2 Subsider Article 112 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of maximum life imprisonment or capital punishment. rk
